Among the conference’s main themes are mathematics in computer sciences, programming techniques, information security, mobile technology, client development, administration, testing, distributed storage systems, and computing.
Participants include Yandex staff, representatives of other international companies, and academic researchers. Previous conferences have featured speakers from Google, Facebook, Opera Software, Kaspersky Lab, Cloudera, Nigma, Shturmann, Cloud9 IDE, and researchers from Russian and foreign universities.

Yandex’s fourth YaC technological conference is to take place on October 2 at the Sokolniki Exhibition and Convention Centre.
Held annually in Moscow, Yet another Conference is the largest technological event in Russia and the CIS, with 3,500 people expected to attend this year. Participants include staff of Yandex and other international companies, as well as renowned researchers.
More than 50 speakers will give presentations within the framework of seven sections that are traditional for the conference.
Cloud Technologies
Experts from Yandex – and not only – will talk about distributed data storage and distributed computing systems.
Research
Russian and foreign researchers in fields including linguistics, information search, and machine learning, as well as CERN staff, will share scientific and applied results of their work.
Frontend
HTML, CSS, JS in the context of contemporary web development, productivity demands on platforms and the latest client-side trends – all this and more in talks by local and foreign gurus. Downtime between presentations will provide hands-on opportunities to get acquainted with the technology.
Information Security
This section will shed light on the role of security in contemporary IT and how to ensure a high level of security, both for users and for the company providing services.
Administration
A look “under the hood” of internet projects – computer networks, visualisation of large volumes of data, Big Data and much more – with dialogue on the hottest current issues in operating large-scale services, as well as the future.

The finer points of service development and documentation for outside developers, plus complications that can arise and how to avoid them.
Mobile Camp
Talks on the architecture of mobile applications, their testing, and also about analysis and trends in mobile development – with a focus on iOS and Android.
